ADHD
The main features of ADHD are deficits in attention, increased hyperactivity and impulsivity. Usually, this becomes manifested e.g. in disorganization, severe mood swings and low frustration tolerance. In adulthood, the above-mentioned symptoms often result in burdens for the patients in various areas of life, such as in their partnership, schooling and training, employment, but also parenthood or driving.
Our offer addresses people who have not yet been diagnosed with ADHD in their past. We ask all those who already have a diagnosis to contact colleagues in regular practices.
Our special consultation includes a detailed diagnosis (the diagnostic process comprises interviews and questionnaires, as well as the assessment of school reports, and interviews with reference persons from childhood, i.e. mostly the parents). Once the diagnosis has been made, pharmacologic therapy can be started. In individual cases, pharmacologic therapy can be flanked by ADHD-specific psychotherapy.
Unfortunately, due to the very high demand, it is currently not possible to make admissions for ADHD diagnosis or treatment in our outpatient clinic. We will inform you about changes here.
We apologize that we are not able to respond extensively to requests for further information, search for physicians and therapists.
We have compiled some links for further information (in German):

Special consultation for party drug induced disorders
This consultation provides a setting for the treatment of disorders associated with the use of "party drugs." This substance group includes in particular amphetamine, MDMA, cocaine, ketamine, GHB/GBL, methamphetamine, and other substances. Treatment includes, for example, substance-induced psychotic disorders, substance-induced panic disorders, hallucinogenic persistent perception disorder (HPPD), or dependencies caused by the substance itself. If treatment cannot be provided directly in the outpatient clinic (e.g., GHB/GBL withdrawal treatment, which is only provided as a stationary treatment in our facility), preparation and referral to the appropriate service (e.g., the inpatient unit in our facility or out-of-hospital treatment/counseling services) is provided through this special consultation.
