Dr. Sandra Just is head psychologist at the center for geriatric psychiatry at the Psychiatric University Hospital of Charité at St. Hedwig-Hospital. She leads the working group Geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy, together with PD Dr. Eva Brandl.
Dr. Sandra Just has studied Psychology (B.Sc.), Clinical Psychology and Health Psychology (M.Sc.) and Philosophy of Mental Disorder (M.Sc.), at University of Göttingen, Freie University Berlin and King's College London. She is a certified psychological psychotherapist (behavioral therapy). Her dissertation (Dr. rer. medic.) at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin was on the subject "Correlates of successful interpersonality in non-affective psychosis", under supervision of PD Dr. Christiane Montag in the working group Empathy and interpersonal processes. Current research projects concern geriatric psychiatry and schizophrenia as well as digitalization and artifical intelligence.
